NICK
HORNEY, Ph.D. - Principal of Agility Consulting and Training, LLC.
Nick's 30 years of international experience as a Naval Diving Officer,
organizational psychologist, author, consultant and business leader have
enabled clients to discover the personal and organizational benefits of
becoming more agile. Nick recently helped develop the criteria for CIO
Magazine's 17th Annual CIO 100 Awards on Agility.
TOM
O'SHEA, CMC - Principal of Agility Consulting and Training,
LLC. Tom brings a hands-on executive perspective to facilitating
organization and individual transition strategies. During his 20
years of industry experience, he served in senior executive roles in Human
Resources, Strategic Planning and General Management. Tom is a
Certified Management Consultant and President of the Carolinas Chapter for
the Institute of Management Consultants.

WILLIAM HOLLAND, Ph.D. – Bill is founder and principal owner
of R. William Consulting which focuses on organizational performance with
special emphasis on executive coaching and career management. Dr.
Holland's coaching experience is a combination of twenty years of internal
organizational coaching as well as for consulting organizations where he
has served as an external coach for executives up to and including
CEOs. He is the author of Are There Any Goods Jobs Left?
Career Management in the Age of the Disposable Worker.
MARILYN
BUCKNER, Ph.D. - Marilyn specializes in leadership development
and is a coach for leaders and managers in such companies as Siemens,
Disney, Lockheed, Delta Airlines, Darden and DexMedia. Her unique
focus in providing customized coaching materials to improve leadership
skills and coaching others for high performance. Marilyn has her
Ph.D. in Counseling and Management from Georgia State University.
