Leader LINKS™

Leader LINKS™ (Leadership Insight Nimbleness and Knowledge Seminar) is a unique leadership development program that integrates best practices of golf and leadership development.  The program is built upon a foundation of self-discovery through multiple forms of assessment and is focused on the immediate transfer of the leadership discovery from the golf experience to the work setting.
Program Description                           Executive Briefing

Transformational Leadership Program - Leadership development program focusing on three days of self discovery applied to the organization’s vision/strategy with action learning built around individual development planning prior to the final two days of training.  The final two days of training introduced participants to their role in the implementation of the organization’s strategy.

Applying Change Management in a Project Setting - This course integrates best practices in Project and Change Management and applies them in an experiential setting through golf or Orienteering -- an Olympic sport using a map and compass to get where you want to be faster than the competition.  Learn how some of the world's most agile teams achieve their goals from retired Navy Diving Officer and co-author of Project Change Management, Dr. Nick Horney.  Through self discovery and assessment, project managers and project teams gain insights about their impact on the overall team's success.

Agile Project Management Seminar - Agile Project Management equips project leaders and managers to recognize, understand, and manage the changes that are critical to delivering real value to an organization through projects.
