Nick Horney, Ph.D. - Nick is a Principal and founder of Agility Consulting and Training and specializes in providing products, consulting and training that enable individuals, teams and organizations to effectively respond and manage change.  He held senior leadership roles in Human Resources and Quality in divisions of Nestle' and Pepsi.  Nick was a Vice President at the Center for Creative Leadership responsible for global marketing, business development, partnerships and alliances and the client services center.  His passion for agility was developed during his 23-years in the Navy leading diving and explosive ordnance disposal teams.  Nick retired from the U.S. Navy Reserves at the rank of Captain.  He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.  (more about Nick)

Tom O'Shea - Tom is a Principal in Agility Consulting and specializes in strategic business development and organizational improvement.  He is a Certified Management Consultant and former President of the Carolinas Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.  He has more than 25 years working in consumer products and the apparel trade with industry leaders VF Corporation and Kayser-Roth Corporation.  Tom's diverse background includes senior executive roles in Human Resources, Strategic Planning and General Management.  Tom has a master's degree in Organizational Psychology and extensive practical experience helping organizations re-focus business strategy to improve organization performance and alignment.  Tom also has extensive experience in helping organizations compete in the major retail and international markets. He has been active in the sporting goods retail channel and in leadership roles within community, state and national level non-profit organizations.

Brian Anderson - Brian is the President of PerformanceEdge Inc., an Executive Consulting Network.  During more than 20 years of experience as a consultant, line executive and human resources executive, he has helped companies reach higher performance through strategies that optimize business processes and leverage human capital.  He has worked in many leading companies to drive organizational transformation, execute strategies and improve leadership effectiveness.  Brian has worked with many Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, Agilent, Apple Computers, Barclays Global Investors, Bechtel, Blue Shield, Boeing, Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, Sun Microsystems, Transamerica, TRW and Wells Fargo.  He has an MS degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.

MARILYN BUCKNER, Ph.D. - Marilyn specializes in leadership development and is a coach for leaders and managers in such companies as Siemens, Disney, Lockheed, Delta Airlines, Darden and DexMedia.  Her unique focus is providing customized coaching materials that leaders can apply directly to improve their operations in areas of strategic planning, process improvement, leadership skills and coaching others for high performance.  Marilyn has her Ph.D. in Counseling and Management from Georgia State University.  She currently teaches at the Leadership Institute at the University of Central Florida and is active in the Human Resource Planning Society where she was the past national Chairperson and taught many of their workshops.

GARY CHIN - Gary is founder and principal of Cross Organizational Consulting which specializes in increasing organizational performance through the creation and tuning of business planning, project management, and operational processes.  His expertise and experience span technical management, product development, manufacturing, and business development in both Fortune 500 and start-up environments.  Gary is the author of Agile Project Management which provides concrete strategies and tactics for managing projects in today's dynamic environment.  He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Marketing from Bentley College.

MATT DURFEE - Prior to launching Navigator Executive Advisors - an executive services firm specializing in outplacement/career transition, leadership development & executive consulting - Matt held Senior Vice President, Vice President and executive-level Human Resources positions in a number of the world's most admired companies including Pepsi Cola, Nestle, Frito-Lay International, Hard Rock Cafe, Bank One, Cendant and Centex Homes.  His expertise in career & Leadership transition, change management and executive development is supplemented with extensive experience in roles ranging from the business unit level to the Board of Directors.  Matt earned his Master's degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and subsequently completed an executive program in Financial Analysis at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.  More information about Matt and Navigator Executive Advisors is available via www.navexec.com.
R. WILLIAM HOLLAND, Ph.D. - Bill is founder and principal owner of R. William Holland Consulting which focuses on organizational performance with special emphasis on executive coaching, executive team alignment and career management.  Bill's formal training comes by way of the following certification processes:  Right Management Consultants, where he served as Executive Vice President responsible for business development in the United States and Canada; Lominger's Career Architect; and Beam Pines, where he serves as a member of the Coaching Advisory Board.  Dr. Holland's coaching experience is a combination of twenty years of internal organizational coaching where he has been the chief human resources officer as well as for consulting organizations where he has served as an external coach for executives up to and including CEOs.

Judy Z. King - Judy is the Principal of Quality Management Services, LLC which was founded in 1988.  Judy's vast experience in Quality Management includes designing the quality management system for the City of Grand Prairie, Texas.  She has also developed, implemented and managed Quality Assurance for Opryland Hotel.  Judy is an approved trainer for the American Hotel & Lodging Association and its Educational Institute, and for the Association for Quality and Participation.  She has a B.S. Degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. 
Richard Koonce - Richard is an accomplished consultant, facilitator, and group moderator who has assigned a wide variety of organizations in dealing with change, leadership, diversity, and organizational growth issues.  As a longtime consultant and facilitator to IBM Business Consulting Services, and as an independent consultant/facilitator, he has worked with a diverse mix of organizational clients including Dow Chemical, Ford Motor Company, Raytheon, Caterpillar, The Federal Aviation Administration, the U.S. Postal Services, Columbia University, The Department of Energy, and The National Conference for Community and Justice.  Richard is a member of The National Press Club and Leadership Washington.  He serves on the Board of the National Capital Chapter of The National Conference for Community and Justice

IRA S. MILLER - Ira is the Principal of Ira S. Miller, Inc., a company dedicated to helping business leaders become consistently more effective in their leadership roles.  He  works with CEOs and other business leaders to improve their financial results and better position their companies by sharing his understanding of proven leadership techniques.  He has led a succession of turnaround situations which resulted in exceptional financial returns as well as positioning the business for future growth.  For almost 30 years he has established and successfully executed business plans in up and down markets by developing high-performing teams and utilizing state-of-the-art leadership methods.  Ira has a broad industry base that includes Diagnostic Imaging Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Financial Services.

JIM (FORREST) RIGGS - Jim is a Principal in Lakeshore Consulting, and brings a variety of experience in marketing, operations, and general management.  Jim began his career in marketing with Unisys Corporation, from there to Wrangler, JanSport, VF Imagewear, VF Corporate, and Renaissance Management Group in a broad range of experience from Engineering Operations management, Information Systems, Business Development, General Management, Total Quality Management, and Re-engineering.  Jim has experience in apparel, equipment, health and beauty, automotive, and other businesses with both consumer and business-to-business perspective.  Jim brings a global perspective having been VP for Global Sourcing for the world's largest apparel company.  Jim is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a degree in Biology and is a graduate of the Darden (University of Virginia) executive program.

GERRY SEQUEIRA - Gerry advises executive management of America's leading corporations, helping them to define and translate strategies into action plans that drive exponential results.  He has a demonstrated ability to bring people and resources together to achieve breakthrough performance.  Recently, Gerry has designed customized Six Sigma programs and acted as advisor to multinationals such as JP Morgan Chase, Caterpillar, Merrill Lynch and Dow Chemical.  Gerry's background in finance and operations brings to clients a practical and results-based approach to helping business leadership align Six Sigma with business strategies, and facilitate operating managers in selecting and defining process-based improvement projects with achievable business results.  Gerry is fluent in English and Spanish with an effective working language capability in both French and German.  He has instructed and coached hundreds of black belts and other internal consultants throughout North America, Latin America and Europe.
JACK WATSON - Jack is a principal in Lakeshore Consulting, and began his career in marketing at the Procter & Gamble Company with subsequent domestic and international experience at RJ Reynolds, Wrangler, General Management Consultants and Kayser-Roth Corporation.  He has served at the director, vice-president, general manager and president levels and most recently was CEO of the Stanback Company.  His industry experience includes packaged foods, tobacco, health and beauty care, apparel, beverages, hosiery, floor coverings and, in services, advertising, information processing and damage remediation.  He holds a bachelor of science degree in applied mathematics from NC State University and certificate in strategic planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

JUERGEN ROHRMEIER - Juergen is the Managing Partner and Member of the Board of Paper Consulting Group AG, Munich and Owner of JRC Human Resources Consulting which focuses on Human Resource Management, Coaching and Recruiting.  Juergen is involved in international, partially worldwide projects such as Leading Change, Performance Management, Career Development, Competency Development Corporate Universities, Redesign, Restructuring, Remuneration and Global Recruiting.  He is a Certified Pathfinder Career Counselor and trained in Client-centered therapy and non-directive coaching.  Juergen is a member of the Human Resource Planning Society, New York and the American-German Business Club, Vice President of the European Human Resources Forum and Assistant Professor of International HR Management at the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
MARK SAXTON - Mark is a strategic, commercial, customer and delivery focused Director with experience up to group Board level and a track record of success in HR and general management roles, including acquisitions and disposals, across transport, food, clothing and housing industries in Europe, Africa, Middle East and India.  He has lived and worked in eight countries speaking German, French and Spanish and  has operated within both the strategic development and implementation environments, with a specialty in cultural change.  Mark has held positions in Arriva PLC, Cadbury Schweppes, Haven Management Services and Blue Bell.  He received his MSc in Industrial Relations from the University of Bath.
